Help please loading a file

I have a couple of minute long audio tickle clips that I would like to share with you. They are currently in wav format on my HD and being completely computer illiterate I haven't a clue how to get them on here in an acceptable format or load them to web space etc - Is there any kind person out there that could help me out please without being technical - TIA

TMF does not provide hosting space for you to upload your clips. (you need your own host or webspace)

If you don't have webspace I could host them for you if they're not too big.

mad, theyll be a lot easier to post if you compress them into an .mpg format. theyll be about 10 times smaller.

Thanks Aznagoel it's a very kind offer, Marcus has kindly hosted them for me on his webspace so I could post them here, but to be honest only 1 person out of over 1100 views has bothered to comment where I have posted the here , so if I dont know if they are of interest to people I'll leave adding them else where for now until I get any feedback.

I wouldn't worry about people not responding. That's just the nature of the forums. A couple of the Howard Stern clips I put up each saw close to 10,000 downloads with very few comments.
