Help with a picture

I remember a picture (I thought it was tales from the asylum) that had the evil doctor guy putting on a glove while his tickle victim was strapped to a table behind him. I can't find it on MTJ. Does anybody remember that picture? I feel like I'm taking crazy pills.

Also, is this the right place to ask questions like that?
