Sorry i can only give you very little help since i don´t think i have the clip or pics from it...neither do i know the name...yet i can help you with finding out where it is from i think. After all the link portrayed on the picture clearly reads a link...
So my advice would be: Use that link on the pic...and search on the site it gives you. That should at least give you the name of the clip...and possibly even more pics. Let alone a very good chance to buy it.

Must be a still of an FM concepts video. They should still be available under www.foot-fetish.com but be warned: in my early days I have bought a few tickling vids from them and to my great disappointment none of the models was really ticklish (you really could tell...)

That's the only pic I have from that series--but here's some from a couple other ones with the same lee. Her name's Casey Cartwright; and I agree with the previous commentor--seeing is nice, but hearing is believing. And when you hear her, you know it's fake. I'd almost recommend not pursuing the vid--that way lies disappointment.
