can anyone help me i live in southern california and really have tried a few times to meet someone online (females) for some tickling but its been hard just looking to talk and maybe meet for some tickling any suggestions

It shouldn't be that difficult for you in SoCal, it seems there's a lot of them there, try living in a small town in Canada, and than come tell me how hard it is to find girls who are into tickling, lol.
