You can find this video on Morpheus or Kazaa (whixh I now use). The name of the video I believe is like FEO007 (007 ironically for me) or something to that effect. Just do a search for tickling. But I know the number of the vid is 007, how could I forget that??

Krokus, you must disable the filtering in KaZaA's options, and also do a search from the "everything" category. I think the person sharing that file is on odd hours, so try at different times. KaZaA doesn't seem to suffer from Morpheus' persistent entry problem (where a search item appears even if the user is offline), so if they are not on, it probably won't show.
My search for tickling (done around 2Am) popped up about 3 clips, but not the one listed above.
