This is humorous, in that there's a few folks from NEST who are from MA, including folks whose names you see here weekly on the forum.

Folks don't always respond to personals. They show to gatherings, though. There's munches in your area, and NEST south of you, as well as other good events on this coast. Pop out and meet a few others IRL. Makes connecting SO much easier...
