Hidden messages!

These are freaky. These lil flash clips are about songs with hidden messages in. They sound normal played foward but when they're played backwards then they tell a whole new story.

These might be fake but it's still pretty freaky. =S

The last two have been known for quite a while...from back int he late 70's/early 80's when many were seeking backward masking in rock music claiming (whether right or wrong) that there were satanic messages in them. One of ELO's songs (can't remeber which one) has a classic.

To wake up the 'devil behind every bush" crowd, The Christain rock band Petra did an intentional backward mask at the begining of the song "Judas' Kiss." It said "What are you doing looking for the devil when you should be looking to the Lord!"

There are claims that many gospel/Christian music albums when played backward contain praise and worship lyrics to the Lord. They may be intentional. They may be accidental (on both ends). Hard to say. In this day and ahe of technology, I figure anything can be done intentionally. Don't know about back then.

BTW, didn't the ruckus about Paul McCartney dying young start from a backward masking discovery as well?

Reminds me of that Adam Sandler movie where he pulls out the soundtrack to Chicago or something like that and it says "Kill the innocent in the same of Satan!"

The ELO piece was "FIRE ON HIGH". The song began with lyrics that were obviously recorded backward. When the song was played backward so you could understand the lyrics they were saying, "The music sings!" It was meant to be a satryical comment on those who sought Satanic influince in rock and roll.

When played backwards, these messages scare the hell out of me for some reason. Not the messages themselves, but how the song sounds backwards.

EDIT: Funny thing is, the melody of that Led Zeppelin song sounded a lot better backwards.
