Hi Folks!
I own an older computer and it has problems playing Windows HD clips I buy at clips4sale, for example from T2D.
Is there any way for an older computer to play them?
I just don`t want to buy a new computer just for that

Define problems and we may be able to give you an answer. If the video stutters, pauses, and generally doesn't play smoothly, you have a few options. One is to update your graphics card driver to see if an updated version has better capabilities. This is unlikely to be a solution. Two is to try downloading a different media player, such as the VLC Player. If you use Windows Media Player, you may find that a lighter-weight player like VLC gets you just enough better playback to be tolerable. This may or may not do anything. Third is to try playing these files when absolutely nothing else is running. This may be tricky, as you probably have a lot of programs that run when you start your computer that you may not even realize are running. If you kill everything but your media player, you might have just enough power to play the file well.

I imagine that all sounds like gibberish, so please let me know if I need to clarify or explain. Also let me know if stuttery play isn't your problem. Pardon me if I am long to respond, as I am not on every day anymore.

First of all thanks for answering.
The problem is that the video runs behind the audio.
You hear the laughter and then the fingernails touch the soles, is really a form of torture to have this happen when you know a video is good.
Unfortunately Tickle Central offers only HD versions.
Let me know if this helps, I don`t really know how to find out what programs are running in the background, much less how to turn them off 🙁

This could be the player, although it's more likely that it's your computer's ability to process the video. If you don't already use it, try downloading the free VLC Player and opening the videos in it. If that still shows the issue, then we can try killing things running in the background until it works (or doesn't).

Is this issue still present?

Maybe you can convert the video to a "low res" version and then watch it. MediaCoder (freeware) offers you the tools you need for it.
