yeah I was at lunch once and my friend Spencer was sitting with his girlfriend and she showed him her belly button and he swept his finge over her tummy and she yelled really loud and he said something and she hit him then he tickled her tummy again and she was on the floor laughing. I was very happy and ready to join in if I had too.

It will be watched, don't worry. The context here is minors involved with other minors and there doesn't seem to be any sexual bent thus far. There is a difference between writing a story about a 35 year old man tickling a tied-up 15 year old girl...and someone telling how they tickled some girl on her waist when they were both in high school.

Michigan 17 year old kids got arrested for having sex with another minor. No 35 year olds were involved. If you went to a website and thee were pictures of nude minors with no one else in the pic (let alone a 35 year old man) you can bet someone will be investigating you for child pornography. Given minors are warned not to even come to the TMF why would we allow any mention of minors being tickled, regardless of whether it's by another minor or not. I don't think there are degrees in such a matter. Again I take great offense to any thread that can even begin to get into a realm that involves minors. This one included.

As a parent, I'm probably less tolerant than Neutron of anything that hints of kiddie porn. Still, I see no real harm in folks telling stories of their early tickling experiences when everyone involved was a minor. There have been several threads of this sort, one of which (started by Biscuit) is still active after nearly a year. What's needed here is a little common sense.

I can see where Neutron is coming from, I think we all can. Hell, until a year and two months ago, I was a minor. And they still won't let me drink.
As far as tickling in highschool, I never did. My social life was mostly off school grounds, I talked to my friends, sure. But I flirted with girls after school or on the weekends. Sometimes on school grounds after school, but never during. That would be embarrassing for the girl, and would distract others and myself from learning. (One of those reasons is legit, can you guess which one?)
