well at first hilary duff and her sister are having like a tickle fight...ticking each other feet and stuff...then hilary gets tickled by some other guy and her sister at the same time...(one on each foot) its not that long though

I have the video but there is no audio

I got this video some time ago and I was hoping this one would have sound.
I hope that you guys enjoy it anyways. It's really too bad, because Hilary has a great laugh and her sister's character deserved a good tickling so badly in Napolean Dynomite.

Thanks for posting theboardmanv. @someguy200 there isnt a tickle fight between hillary and haylie. Its only the scene where hilary and the guy tickling haylies feet.

Here is the one with all the Hailey tickling available. It was part of a video diary from the Hilary Duff website (don't go there, it has been removed a long time ago). Unfortunately the sound was replaced by music. So we'll never get the Hailey laughing sound, unfortunately (unless someone has access to the original tapes within the Hilary promotion crew ...)
