When her commanding officer finds new recruit Hillary rifling through the supply closet, she decides to make an example of her -- without leaving marks of course. So she straps her to a table, pulls off her boot and begins tickling her mercilessly. She then places electrodes on the poor girls naked foot, cranks up the TENS machine and gives her the shock of her life. That's followed by electrodes placed on her chest where she is shocked into needing Oxygen to revive. She is still groggy though so her commander wakes her up by sucking her five naked toes.
