i can't think of any girl who controls the wind on naruto......but i do know of one girl who does that from a different anime. kagura, from inuyasha.

wel you can check LOZ's sites there's no tickling bu damsels in distress much form naruto ^^ and btw the girls that are 😀 are ino( mind control), kurenai( genjutsu jounin) and temari ( wind girl) altough she is from the hidden village of the sand
