Holding in milk while tickled M/F UB

I found this on youtube completely by accident. It is certainly bizarre, but an interesting concept none the less. It is a game show and women take swigs of milk then try to not spit it out while their upper bodies are tickled. I don't know what's being said, but thought it was worth a watch anyway.
