I'm sure there are some ladies in West Virginia into tickling,as there are in every state.Finding them is another matter regardless of where you live.I would suggest posting on the forum when you can and getting known here.Also,chances are you need to be able and willing to travel to gatherings,or make it to NEST sometime.None of these suggestions will guarantee success but it will sure improve your odds.
