Hot flashes are normally related to menopaus and peri-menopaus. But, there are other causes. I'd get your doc to check it out just to be on the safe side. If it turns out to be hormone related and not another health issue, catnip tea helps regulate body temps. I've had good results using it to offset hot flashes. The only drawback is that you might start purring or meowing. ;-)

Ladies, if your' hot flashing and your're under 30, there might be a problem, especially since how haven't had children yet. Get with your doctor and see if theres' something he/she is able to do....which I'm sure there is.

I wish you the best...I really do because if I was going through hot flashes in my 20s, I would've lost my mind..........

it's not unusual, I've a friend who's not preimenapausal but has had hot flashes - might be worth having them check out your
thyroid -lots of odd things happen when something goes wrong there and it can go wrong in many ways. I hope they work out what's causing it.
