Okay, I'm curious about your opinions, people. Things are awesome... I already know that. Especially really cool stuff like rock and roll and the new "Star Trek" movie.

Some things really suck like "CSI" and most rap music.

Now it's time for you to talk you shy basement-dwellers! Tell me what you think is awesome right here in this thread. The one who says the best shit will win.
 
The unseasonably-cool it's-June-wait-a-minute-it's-March weather is what's awesome. Nice to be comfortably cool without having to spend big bucks to ward off heat and humidity.
 
This'll put me in solid 'fail' rankings, but I rediscovered today how much everything needs some perspective. While my life is shite by many people's standards, I got to talking to a former coworker today for abit(he was in shopping). Man, he just went on and on with this horrible litany of awful crap that'd happened to him and his family since I'd last saw him.

Alls I know is, after listening to him for afew minutes? Things are bona-fide AWESOME by me at the moment! Yeesh!

(2) Fly home to my lovely wife and great kids
(3) Christ is still on the Throne

Life is always awesome to me...

Things are good, not perfect but good, I'm healthy, overall happy, and content. I am easy to please and even keeled.

Well, as I say, it could be quite abit worse. I don't have the same standards as so many others seem to in terms of the possession of more and more "THINGS" as a barometer of happiness. Well, that's abit of a lie. I am a self-confirmed packrat - but the things I save are of little value to others. I don't have much, but I have my health and am having fun, so, you know, c'est la vie! :2:
