I don't understand the concept. Any kind of restraint would inspire a tickle, or two or three or ten or thirty. Even having them with their hands tied behind their back would do it for me. That female detective on L&O:SVU got kidnapped once, and was later in a standing position with her arms secured far above her head, her tight fitting top riding up a bit, you know where my mind went right away.
