Surgery was ok.
A minor complication during initial recovery, but is otay, now.
Today was the first time I peed on my own (since the surgery, ya boobs). Until today, they were using a catheter to relieve my bladder (apparently, the anasthetic causes it to contract and spasm...Mmmm, spasm). I swear I saw "Home Hardware" printed on the side of the catheter. The nurses here have a sick sense of humour (although one tickled me the other day, so not all bad) and the interns are absolutely commitable.
I'm being released tomorrow (Friday).
Thanx fer all you well wishers, and even to those who were hoping I wouldn't make it through. Hehe, sorry to disappoint.

On a more serious note, I'm still terribly concerned aboot Special K's recovery, and I have read some of the updates, so I'll be praying for her intermittently over the next couple of days.
Stupid hospital computer is aboot to cut me off here, so adieu, for now.

Well, seems you are on the mend now Moby! Hurry up and get well! So glad that you made it through the surgery, you were in our prayers!
When you get home, take it easy! Don't go lifting anything or doing something dumb! Ok, ok.... I should like your Mama now! But seriouly DON'T DO IT! Them's orders!

As for Special K, she is recovering and improving daily! She has a lot to be thankful for!She still has a long road of recovery to go through but the most important this is that she is still with us! She beat the odds! She is alive and doing better! Thanks for asking!
