You can use Hacha, Winrar or HJSplit. Winrar & HJSplit are in english so these 2 can be a best choice for you.

Well, what program do want to use ?. Remember HJSplit doesn't compress, only splits files. Winrar, compress and split.

Video files are already quite compressed, so you won't save much space by trying to zip them.

A detailed tutorial for the free HJSplit 2.2 joining and splitting utility is here. You can download HJSplit 2.2 here, but the official site is now offering version 2.3, which I have not tried yet.

I know all this, but how do I make folders into separate parts that can be rejoined and viewed in their entirety once joined?
There was something called "compress and email" with winrar, but it says my email account doesn't work with it anymore. I feel that this compress command was closest to what I was looking for. Does anyone know anything that might help me here?

Answering my own question for all those with similar questions:
Its as simple as highlighting the folder(s) right-clicking it, and selecting "add to archive" (winrar is needed)
Its actually painfully simple XD I can't believe I was having such a hard time figuring it out. Special thanks to HDS ^___^
