How do i get to any news group?

I have no idea the first thing about getting to a news group, or viewing stuff in a news group. Can annyone enlighten me? I want to get to the tickling ones and stuff.

You first need a newsreading client - Outlook express does it but not very well - search google for a free one capable of decoding attachments. Then you need access to a news server - usually supplied by your ISP. Dowload a list of groups available and subscribe to the ones you want.
