It's simple
Step 1: Upload the image you wish to display to some linkable webspace that you have access to.
Strp 2: Use the vB codes to display it in a post. To the upper left of the window you type in to make a post you'll see a line that says 'vB Code [help]' click help for the right codes and how to use them.
