While I've been engaged for the Dr. Ticklestein videos (see separate thread), guys on the crew--who volunteered their services (wonder why?)--asked the same question. First, tickling is not a fetish that I'll consider subversive (the S&M scene, and its misogynic tract, is a whole different story). It never creeped me out (I hate to be tickled yet I yield to it, as the captive, when shooting video. Let's just say I'm a good screamer). So don't feel or act gulity when you address a chick with your preferred fetish. But you should initially be a good listener (find out more about the babe before you discuss anything really personal). When she realizes that you're cool, she'll develop a safety net. Baltimore is riddled with spots that appeal to ticklephiles (especially Kobe's, located on The Avenue). One girlfriend told me that she "didn't understand why tickling is described as 'erotic'". I later showed her COUNT TICKULA (an 'ole VHS tape), which prompted her to admit "the bondage, nudity and tickling really can be a turn-on." She watched Julia Parton's torment at least 3x (poor Julia is nearly tickled to death; they had to stop the camera, on at least two occasions, so Julia could catch her breath [which explains the erratic editing of this sequence]). So now my girlfriend is a tickle addict (the problem: no guy has approached her about the fetish. Brings us back to square one: Say something, dudes!).
