How do you post a poll?

I tried posting a poll, but I couldn't figure out how. Could anyone help me on this?

You click on "new thread" than within the the posting part of the page there is a button you click on to include a poll.

I clicked on new thread, but there isn't a button or anything that allows you to create a poll.

At the bottom there is a box that can be checked. It says: "include poll" Check this and then hit submit, then just follow the instructions.

I did.

I did that, but all it gives me is the message:

Please complete both the subject and message fields. Press the back button, correct the problem and try again.

Any suggestions?
