How do you purchase Japanese Doujinshi?

There are a considerable amount of doujins out there which are not available on the western market which I would dearly love to get ahold of.
I can't read Japanese right now either, which is a big problem, as these sort of Japanese websites would be unusable as they usually don't have translations into english. If anyone can help I would be greatful.

Rinkya allows one to bid on Yahoo.co.jp auctions without needing to know any Japanese. However, one somewhat needs to know the Doujin they are looking for or at least the series (As the Rinkya search function uses categories rather than just searching Yahoo.co.jp). eBay is the English alternative albeit with far fewer choices. However, this will not enable you to read the Japanese in the doujins.

There are many fan-run sites that either have scanned doujins or scanned and translated doujins but there you are reliant on whatever the fan is most interested in. Harder to find, those sites are, as they are more "niche."
