When you get tickled, how much of your reaction depends by your insane ticklishness and how much does it depend by the tickler's skills?

It's at least 50/50. I mean any random joe whose never tickled anyone before could walk in off the street and get a reaction on my feet. But the rest of my body requires some skill. If you tickle like a clumsy ox you're not gonna get much of a reaction. But if you know how to use your hands and fingertips, are aware of pressure application, and have a few tricks up your sleeve I can very easily turn into one of the most ticklish people you've ever laid a hand on. 😉

It's about 50/50 for me too. Most anyone can get some kind of reaction. But I've found that skilled lers can really kill me. And a lot of that skill is just paying close attention to reactions and learning from them. One gentleman at NEST learned FAST and I was toast.

Mimi,

I'd just stay with your feet until you told me how best to approach the rest of you. Wouldn't that be fun? 🙂

Hmmm

There's another factor.

The personality of the tickler and the tone with which the technique is delivered (torturous, sensual... you get the idea). That too can make a huge difference in the reaction and the overall experience.

For me I'd say its about 90/10. A random person trying to tickle me, even at a gathering, could easily be fooled into thinking I'm not ticklish. Only a very light touch works for me, so if you dig, scratch, or poke, you'll get nothing. I also get more sensitive the more I'm tickled, so if you're impatient, you might think I'm not ticklish. OTOH, if you know or figure out any of the many tricks that work on me, you make me as hysterical as you like. :firedevil

Reflexology414 has a good point. I think the chemistry between the tickler and the ticklee has to be good, and it definately adds to the experience.

I prefer a ler that will take the time to explore me. I'm not always ticklish in the exact same places, using the exact same touches all the time. A skilled tickler may find ticklish places I didn't know I had!

As hysterical as I like? Not yet, but I'm working on it.

It's all about me!

As a ler I believe it it our full responsability to put the lee through a much hell as possible. It's all about us knowing what were doing.

It's all in the chemistry
totally agree on that one!!
chemistry is important mainly talking about m-->F tickling, I have seen many a guy go down in flames trying to tickle a stranger or a girl that doesnt like them and getting no reaction! :shake:
