It's a complex question, because turn-ons mean different things in different contexts.
With a real girl in real life, tickling is fun, but not the end all/be all for me. I like gentle erotic touching, but it doesn't have to be tickling. And, well, other things are of interest as well.
In terms of fantasy, and especially in terms of images and stories, for me tickling is IT. I can't stand sexual porn, and with pics of cute girls stripped down, I don't like open sexual suggestion. Virtually every piece of "fantasy" material I have is of a tickling nature, with only a few plain nudity pics, none of them remotely graphic or explicit. Most of my fantasies about girls I meet or see begin with tickling or focus on that heavily. In real life, nothing I've encounted turns me on quite as much, but then again I have very little experience so maybe I can't really say.

What an interesting question. Sometimes I worry that my fetish is too strong. Ordinary sex works for me and everything...but I find myself fantasizing about tickling and trying to slip in "accidental" tickles. It's definitely the dominating factor (pun intended 😉 ) in my sex life.
I always thought i was 'unsexually active' coz porn didn't turn me on one bit. I guess I have a strong fetish but also a strong sexuality towards other things too. Fantasy-wise, nearly all my fantasies involve tickling, but I have fantasies about a lot of different things and not all of them necessarily involve it. I'm imaginitive I guess, or just a total perv 😉. As far as real experiences, I enjoy a lot of sexual acts excluding tickling. I would certainly be very disappointed if a woman I was seriously involved with refused to participate in tickling -- especially since I believe deeply that most people can learn to like being tickled (disliking it, I think, is mostly a product of embarrassment, that truly close people can get around).

_muse_, there are such things as intimate non-sexual relationships. I agree if you truely love someone and really make that connection you can make the relationship work without sex. For me if it is a non-tickling relationship then it will also be a non-sexual relationship. The two are just inseparble.
