How the hell do you block SPAM in Netscape mail!?

I have a netscape mail account, and I can find no way at all to block spam e-mail junk. I know to absolutely never hit "unsubscribe," because that alerts the spammers that the mail address is active, and they increase the volume of mail sent to you. (Don't EVER hit "unsubscribe"...)

Anyone have any ideas?
