I'm more interested in what might happen inside us. Since our greatest desire as a species is to understand and gain knowledge, we will evolve along those lines, and humans of 100,000 years from now will likely be close to the savants of today, able to think and solve the most complex problems as easy as breathing. I always wondered if autism is the very beginning of that journey, nature rewiring the brain, happening more and more with each generation. But that's kind of a reach and I'm no biologist. Food for thought though.
