how to make a link?

I tried to make a link to another page on the tickle theater but I always get the message that my message contains a URL which I should remove first.
I tried to use the option "Insert hyperlink" and I tried to just type the adress, but in both cases I get the error message. Why can other people make links and I can't? What do I do wrong?

I think you need to wait til you reach the 10 post mark. Once you reach 10 posts it may take a few hours for the database to update but then you should be fine. You will also be able to choose a custom avatar, title, and other customization features. 🙂

It has nothing to do with the number of posts nessonite.
I have the same problem - before linking to other pages here was easy ( copy / paste )

I had no problem just now making usable hyperlinks. The first one I hand-typed, and the second one I just did with "Copy Shortcut" and "CTRL-V" in IE.

Are either of you using a browser other than Internet Explorer?

I use Mozilla. Now it works don't know why i've done the same things as before

To make a link to any place (thread or any other url), you only need copy & paste that url (address from your url's field, that white box where appear the url/address of any web site), you must to be enough careful for to copy the complete url (without omit any letter or symbol) and paste same.

The problem was that, when I tried to post the reply with a link, I got the message that I had to remove the URL before posting the reply. The post with the URL was not accepted.

That's a bit strange, because i've posted replies with links many times, without any trouble. I recommend you, try it again.

In the mean time I don't have any problems any more making a link. That is a little bit strange, because I didn't do anything different. But now it works.
