before tickling the feet...what do you usually do to make them more sevsitive?
cream? getting them wet? warm?
tell me 😀

I found lotion works the best.Pyching out a bound victum with their worst tickle fears before starting works really good.I found out my best ticklers are the ones that give me a terrified feeling before starting, like you get when you are about to desend on a rollercoaster. This happens because I know I will not receive any mercy and will be taken way past my limits while being unable to move in bondage. This makes me go in to "tickle-panic" and I get 90% more ticklish.I had a ler who insisted on safewords and that ruined it for me.

I have sort of tough skin on the balls of my feet from marching band, and a long , hot soak will make them much more ticklish but they harden up again when they get dry..

I say definitely, after a hot bath and a good scrub with a pumice stone to take off the rough spots, give your lee a massage with lotion or oil...then tickle...keeping the environment at a comfortable temperature helps, too!!! It's WONDERFUL!!! 🙂 🙂 🙂

To increase sensitivity just before tickling you can use psycological means as Triple T suggested and that will certainly work. The mind is the most valuable tool at your disposal and you should use it for all it's worth!

Physically you can do things like (if you want) smacking the foot with a wooden spoon, rubbing in oil, using heat or hot/cold treatments. Also (in my limited experience) the more tightly bound and immobile it is the better it works...try toe bondage.

In the long term there are a lot of things one can do (or can encourage their sig other to do).
Personally I first take a scrubby thing (such as a pumice) and run it over the entire foot, not just the rough spots, very very thoroughly. Then what I like to do is to soak my feet in a tub of water that's just as hot as I can stand it, and leave them there for about 20 minutes or so or until the water cools or my feet feel waterlogged. 😛
Then I pat them dry, and apply liberal amounts of a pleasantly scented mousterizing lotion, making sure to rub it inbetween the toes. Then I put them in some nice, clean, soft, 100% cotton athletic socks to keep them clean and to let the lotion do it's thing.
This takes a pretty fair amount of time so I often forget to do it. But now that it's warmer out and I'm walking outside more I've found that my feet are getting sore and abused so I'll start taking better care of them again. I try to do this every other day when I remember and the results are amazing. 🙂

I have found that warm water and slippery soap on the bottoms of the feet have a great effect. Once they are warmed up, I follow that up with a coating of lotion. Also I have tried baby powder on the bottoms of the feet prior to tickling.

Pamper yourself!

I think I might have to do that tonite, or sometime this week...what a brilliant idea, plus it's an excellent way to pamper yourself!!!! (especially after a long day at work!) Ness, you're amazing!!

LOL! I wasn't trying to be impressive 😛 But you're right, it IS a way to pamper yourself. Even better if you can get someone to help you rub in the lotion. I've found that the better my feet feel, the better I feel. When your feet are tired and aching or just feeling rough and dirty, you probably feel it all over.
Spending a good hour taking care of them is really refreshing. 🙂

I def think the psych technique helps a lot. The less I can escape the tickling the better and if I'm tied with my feet up (or more as a focal point) it makes it much worse. Also, my husband would always start off with all 10 fingers in a spidery motion which after a minute or so would not tickle but feel more like scratching. So I made up the idea of the 1-10 finger scale. Start with only 1 finger and the softest touch you can (touch and don't touch at the same time) make the skin ache for contact. Next add another finger and do playful swipes, circles, pokes, all over the top and bottom of the foot and make it so your lee can't anticipate where the next touch will be. Keep adding fingers and intensity and pretty soon you'll have them twitching and jumping (hopefully). If you start out with the full attack you kind of hit a ceiling, but slow, teasing tickles all over revs me up and gets me thinking "gee, if this tickles now I'm going to be in for it later".
Also, Nessonite your description of pampering the feet with scrubs and soaks is almost word for word what I do as well but I find that lotions and creams soak in too fast so I use vaseline and what a difference! I used to hide my feet all the time but now I'm quite proud of them.

I wondered what would you do in this case : a girl who was normally ticklish at the feet, especially with pointed things and now she is not ticklish at all.
Is the lotion method also effective to increase the ticklishness?

I've found lotion and massage oil actually reduces the tickle effect on my wife's feet. Anytime I give her a foot rub I try to get a tickle in but it doesn't work. I find that a smooth, dry sole works best on her. Since she hardly ever wears socks her feet are not often sweaty.

Nylons seem to help quite a bit. Some times her barefoot is ticklish, sometimes it's not, depending on her mood. EVERY time I've tickled her when she's wearing nylons it's worked.

Psychological play is by far the most improtant if you ask me. The first time I tied up my high school gf for tickling I didnt tell her what I was going to do. I cuffed her hands to the headboard and tied her ankles together and ran a rope down to the bed frame. We played a little then I accidentally (as if) tickled her ribs and pretended not to notice. Then I accidentlaly tickled her stomach, when she jumped I just said gee what's wrong? Oh, are you ticklish, hmmm. So tell me, where are you ticklish? That sort of thing. I tickled a little then got back to playing. Withoug saying anything I got off the bed, unlaced her sneakers, pulled off her socks, and the whole time she's going.. umm what are you doing? why are you taking off my shoes? I didnt say anything, just a single stroke up the sole. Boom, throught the roof.

Personally I've found that bastinado makes feet LOADS more ticklish. Of course, I've only tried it on two girls, but it worked for them.
