That is a tough question OP. I always feel bad after having sex with a woman that was nothing more to me than a lay while she wishes for more.
But the very best place for this.......is anywhere. Go out of your home town. Meet girls in new town/city/country and show them a good time...then depart. Women love sex as much as guys do and the allure of hooking up with a foreign guy can be alluring and fun. Give that a shot. Hitting on girls from out of town is even better. Vegas is a gold mine because alot of people are there on vacation multiplying the strange city aphrodisiac factor by two.

In all seriousness, I think one night stands can be kind of a lose-lose situation. Either they person of the opposite gender is so easy they are like the village bicycle or the feeling of joy from the experience will likely be fleeting at best.

Well, that's what roofies are most often used for. To have sex. Sure, legally it's rape but the motivation behind it is sex.

I almost forgot! We are at a unique time where women can still be considered sexy despite having grown children. Couple that with high divorce rates and the fact that the female sexual prime is far later than that of her male peers you have the "cougar". Women that are up to have no strings sex with a young man that can keep up with her desires.
Where do cougars hang out? At nicer bars and lounges. Dress well, act cool and be full of potential. Don't try and act old because that's not what she needs/wants. Show her a good time. Make her feel 21 again. The sex is rooted in fantasy so she won't pursue any relationship aside the physical one you already have.
