How Would These Characters Win in a Tickle Fight?

@Titillating 2.0 made a post about Marvel vs DC tickle fights where he gave a list of characters from both companies and asked who would win. https://www.ticklingforum.com/threads/marvel-vs-dc-tickle-fights.446930/ I posted a comment, saying I personally thought it would've been more interesting if he asked how would each character would win, but now everyone's debating over the characters themselves, rather than the tickle fights, so now I've decided to make a somewhat different post instead. Keep in mind, I'm NOT stealing people away from his post, as everyone's free to comment on it and this one. While powers can be used, I'm interesting in hearing how you would describe these characters tickling each other. Here's the list of them:
