I think I've seen that episode, and from a tickling standpoint, it's nothing special. Sterns a FOOL
I like Stern...don't get me wrong...but he's a FOOL. He had some babe from Buff on his hsow, and while he mentions tickling he never said anything about the chair. Mined you this could have been a suttle way to get her to say "That sounds like fun." and trape her into doing it, but who knows. She said she liked to be tied up, he said I could do that right now, and that was the end of it.
