I was able to procure a bank loan, and I will be BUYING my first place in a few days!! Although it won't be much, I am still super stoked to that I will have a place to call my own! Plus at 27, I feel that this is LONG overdue, as people I grew up with are already married with families. I also will be going to school part time in a new ( though related ) field! I can't even describe the excitement!

Now my huge worry is being about being close to 30 when I get my degree and trying to emigrate to New Zealand. I just hope 29ish won't be too old! Also, since I won't be living in the same city as my family, I may think about joining a local BDSM club/group/organization and possibly find a good 'ler. Has anyone ever had success in finding others into tickling in BDSM clubs?

LOL, you sound exactly like me. I'm 27 living at home with my parents while I finish up my degree in business. I can't wait to get out, but finishing my degree first is more important at this point. I'll be 29ish when I finish, don't worry, it's not too old. You'll feel a lot worse when you're 50 working in a factory if you don't finish school.

27 is still really young and you have you're whole life ahead of you. When you're 40 you'll look back at 27-30 as still a kid. Getting married in you're 20's aint all it's cracked up to be either. With divorce rates so high and the struggles of having children these days at young ages without solid financial support, you don't even realize how sweet you got it right now. Your life is totally free right now. You could take time to travel, study somewhere far away, really whatever you want. Don't regret your situation because rushing into "settling down" is not for everyone, and it often times leaves a person wondering what could have been if they waited and did more things they never got to do before it was too late.

Never too old. Every day starts a new adventure. You may find tickle enthusiasts in a bdsm club but beware - some will act as if tickling is their thing but really be into other stuff and if you don't take precautions you can find yourself tied for what you thought would be tickling and it is something completely different. That being said you can meet fellow tickle fans but not a guarantee.
