I cannot find the toon

Hello,

I saw a toon here at TT. It is an b&w toon showing a boy in stocks tickled by women or girls. And there is a textbox in it where you can read that if someone was caught kissing (or something like this) was put into the stocks and tickled by the members of the village.

Does somebody know, where I can find it?
