I can't get videos from Tickling Paradise to play

I just bought a months membership to Tickling Paradise, and every time I click on any video, I get a message that says "The URL is not valid." I've already sent them an email 2 days ago, and I'm still waiting for a response.

I'm using a Mac OS X with Firefox and Flip4Mac, so I can watch wmv's using Quicktime.

If the URL isn't valid error is accurate, that sounds like a problem with Tickling Paradise and not you. The video file may simply not be where it is supposed to be. Are you able to download the clips? If you can download them and they don't play then, most likely, the problem is you.

TP won't let anyone download the clips from the members section. You just click and play them as a wmv, but you can't save them on your computer. I was a member before, and I was even using the same computer as I am now.

If such is the case then the issue is most likely on the end of Paradise Vision. Unfortunately there's nothing we can do to help there; contacting them somehow is the only recourse.
