You are very blunt and I think there is no way to "get rid" of your fetish. I don't know how one is born with a fetish and would like to know but until I know how one gets a fetish I can't tell you how to be rid of it. I'm afraid you can't change or get rid of your fetish. It's part of who you are, and personally I'd tell you that is a lot more healthy to accept yourself the way you are than try to change it.
Also, the fetish developes in really early stages of our lives, so that makes them even harder to "go away".

I must say that I believe fetishes are not genetic, and are actually linked to subconscious associations from one's past.

However, whatever the reason, I didn't used to be comfortable with it either, but you like what you like man. There are plenty of other fetishes out there that are much more harmful than tickling. Not to say that if someone is into those that that's bad. A little pain here and there can be fun too 8C P

My fetish, I'm pretty sure it developed as a kid. Generally that's where fetishes start, given that I am fairly certain it is not a genetic thing.

I suppose if it was REALLY that big of an issue, you could try hypnotic therapy, that works with some people.
