It kinda popped into my head a day or so ago. On Laverne & SHirley they were working as candy stripers in a hospital and they are trying to change the sheets on a bed which is occupied by a very large and sleeping man. After various attempts Laverne ends bent over the edge of the bed pinned on her stomach under one of the guys legs. She reach out and uses one finger to tickle his big bare foot and he kicks upward giving time to pull away. It's a very brief scene, perhaps a second or two, but worth mentioning none the less.
