It's the first time i've been sick in years...not counting my surgery and the wisdom tooth debacle of a few years back..i don't remember how to be sick..i hate it..my nose is running like a sieve..i'm coughing my lungs up...lol...headachy...taking benadryl every four hours....lala land..

I laso got sick yesterday, but for a reason. My drunk, stupid friend acidently locked me out on his balcony.(3rd floor). He then went to another apartment and left me outside 30 minutes in only jeans and t-shirt. It sure sucks to be sick.

It was around -6c. Dont know what it is in Fahrenheit, but its cold. There were snow to.

I use Vitamin C tablets at the onset of a cold, 2500 mg in divided doses the first day, reducing it by 500 mg each day to my normal dose of 500 mg once daily. I also use two standard odor-free garlic tablets (1 gm dried garlic) for about five days. It is inexpensive and I find that it helps me, although there is no controlled study to support this regimen.
