Hi gang!
*Finally* got around to registering here. I've been mostly offline for the last several months. Real life as been WAY to nutty for me to even consider dealing with the online world and the craziness it tends to bring. However, things are getting pretty well stabilized, which means I can get back to all of my online friends. I *love* the idea of this forum, and it looks like it's working really well so far. Congrats and thanks to all who put time and effort into getting this thing going, and keeping it up and running!
I see lots of familiar names of people I've met at various gatherings, along with folks that I'd gotten to know online, but lost touch with. I'm looking forward to catching up with you guys! I'm also thinking that it's about time for another MidWest NEST. I'll talk to my partner in crime, and get back to you on that one. <g>
As for me... LOT'S of stuff has been going on, the biggest of which is... I'm engaged! I've met someone wonderful, and we're getting married next May. And get this... his name's Lee. How appropriate is that! <giggle>
