I found a clip! (I need help though)

I'm not sure if anyone has seen it, but its off MTV. The problem is, I don't have the eupiment to turn it into a clip, so if anyone is willing to convert it, I will send it to them. By the way its a really short foot tickling clip.

Oh its ezy you get one of those converter thigys from da shop and attach it to the comp and save it as your devi port.
