i got a foot rub..

you might think big deal right? but if you know me at all...and my situation...it is a big deal...my husband is not into feet, tickling, massages or anything..yet last night he gave me a very nice footrub...granted it wasn't very long..sighs...his old ass got tired grrr but at least he did it...and wow..it felt terrific..

my fantasy is to hire a masseuse (sp) to massage my feet until i fall asleep...mmmm heaven on earth...

well i got the idea of that fantasty from Pearl Buck's novel "The Imperial Woman" where she had two eunichs massage her to sleep at night..and i thought wow..it's good to be the Empress lol..

and hmm i might be able to talk him into a longer one next tuesday on our wedding anniversary.... 30 years you know...

Congratz on getting a foot rub, but most of all, congratz on your anniversary. My parrents have just had their 30-year-anniversary two weeks ago (they couldn't have kids for first 8 years, thus I'm not 30), and I know it's a real rarity to be able to stay married for so long. Congratz again, and I wish you many more happy aniversaries like that.

Bold text is grandpa's, not bold grandma's... take into consideration that this is their way to joke around, but to someone who isn't in their closer circle it sounds like a helluva fight. They love each other, but this kind of scenario just goes around.

and Duke ^^ thank you also..i will say this..and i shouldn't but i will anyway lol..i'm rather proud of this accomplishment..it's not an easy thing to stay married that long..to the same person...we dated for three years before we married..the funny thing was..we were both in the music department..and it was a tight knit group..when we first started to date..in the fall of 75, he said let's not get serious so that when we break up we can still be friends..i agreed...two weeks later he is asking me to marry him lol...

I'm not as good with foot massages, simply because I don't get to practice on that part of the body, but I've been known to make women relaxed to the point of falling asleep when I rub their shoulders and back. Female co-workers used to line up for my hands.

Not to mention the last girl I gave a shoulder rub to jumped out of my hands because, in her words, "It felt a little TOO good."

o i know..believe me i know...during the very last tickle session i ever had..sniffs a wee bit...i discovered i was terribly ticklish everywhere..ah that was two years ago next month...and i've not been tickled since...and it gets more ticklish when not in use..i mean my skin lol..
