I'd have to go with an electric toothbrush. Only had it used on me once..wayyyy back in 99( one of my only bondage tickling experiences) and it tickled like nobody's business, esp under my toes and on my arches. Can't wait to use it on some vulnerable ticklee( or have it used on me!)

I'd have to say that pantyhose is my favorite tool. I think of it as a tool because it is an object I use on my 'lee to make her more ticklish. The majority of my past 'lees agreed that their feet were more ticklish with hose on than without. My wife says that when she wears hose on her feet, it spreads the tickling sensation out over a wider area.

If you are looking for a favorite object I hold in my hand while tickling a 'lee, I'd have to say "the claw". I read about this in a Variations Magazine article. It's just a fork with the tines bent at a right angle. When I lightly rake the fork the length of a lee's sole I always get a strong reaction! Try it yourself. I'm betting you'll see what I mean.

i like the "idea" of the feather...

but in real life use it just doesn't work all that well.
tooth brushes, and the like are fun, and effective, but lack the human touch. fingers are great, you have the tactile sensations, and are able to vary all the aspects of the tickling.
my favorite however, is the mouth! for effectivness, for variability, for feeling your lee respond. the mouth wins all around.

ah the mouth of course that a tool, i noticed of girl that if you nibble gently, like on feet and toes and legs and stuff anywhere really that has good effect. I yet to try it in real life but i sure i get chance one day hehe
