I need advice on an uncomfortable situation......

I am a struggling artist, and I needed to do a painting of a reclined nude, but I couldn't afford a model's fees. So, my mom is now my model. Looking at her stretched out on my couch completely unrobed was, well, awkward. And then, my son-in-law walked in on this, without even bothering to knock, saw her lying there, and said, "you ol' dog!" and immediately began to disrobe. Well, I didn't want him to think I was gay, so I joined in. Unfortunately during the sex part, our weenies kept touching and the next thing I know he's got behind me while i'm plowing momma and he's starting to plow me! So, now, I have to ask--when you put in gel inserts into your shoes, does the gel or cloth part go down? I am really uncomfortable in these shoes.
