I need advise

Recently I have been unable to get dressed without extreme pain, and have been having horrible nausea and difficulty getting out of bed. My speech is starting to slur and my joints are killing me. Its having an affect on my job. I am scared to talk about it with anyone.

I don't want to scare you but I would genuinely recommend you go to a doctor about those issues. The worst thing you can do is nothing.

Your doctor will be able to tell you what's wrong and help you with your symptoms, doing nothing is just subjecting yourself to more discomfort than you need.

I am not sure what doctor to see, I now have difficulty walking and I can't take my shoes off without extreme pain, the other day I was out walking and a cop found me and I noticed he saw how I was having trouble walking and gave me a lift. My hands are shaking more than normal and I am scared to wake up in the morning. I am already on medicine not sure what a doctor would do for me.

The key to effective medical treatment is accurate diagnosis.
My advice to you is this: Go see a primary care physician or go to an urgent care center today. You don't know what is wrong with you and you need to get a diagnosis, the sooner the better.

Please let us know how you are and if you feel comfortable, what is causing your symptoms. But yes you need to see a doctor-IMMEDIETLY.
