i need help please read and help

ok so theres this drawing of two female wrestlers
one thats patriotic and an amazon looking one
the amazon's feet are tied up in the ring ropes and
the patriotic one is on top of the amazon facing her feet tickling them
the patriotic ones feet are at the amazons upper body and
the amazon is tickling the feet of the patriot(the patriotic ones boots are de-soled)


if anyone knows anything about this picture, please help me out by posting it here. if you dont know anything about it at least give me info.

It was the cover of an issue of "Tales from the Asylum" published by MTJ Publishing. The exact issue I don't know.
