Ok LMAOF...here's my interpritations..damn..this reminds me of the time I attempted to decode the song lyrics of this classic French/Eurodisco club/funk track from 1980 by a guy simply named "Rod" lol...but here goes the possibilities:

"Fagoo Is Down"
"Ragu Pitzzel?" (like a combo of the pasta sauce and italian cookie thats made at christmas time lol)

"Pasco Hotel"
"Fagoo Matell" (like the toy company?)

I didnt hear "Ill Never Tell" out of any of that but..lol, could be in some weird way lol.
