I think you need to more carefully format your posts if you want to make a story out of that idea. From what little you give, there's nothing I can object to. But I have no context. Why is she tickling? How? Why does she wear such odd attire? What's her backstory? So, I'd have to give you a definitive, maybe, if...

okay, so you have this tickler character "The Feather Princess," and you have this ticklee character, "Black Feather." And, apparently, many fantasies involving you and her. And now you want to write down one of your fantasies as a story.

Well, okay. Go for it. That's why this forum exists. There are plenty of F/m lovers who will enjoy reading it. If you want her to be the tickler in a F/f story, that's fine too.

Just make sure you're writing what you yourself would want to read, and not what you think the rest of us would want to read. Write for yourself, first, and that's how you will get a most universal audience.
