LOL I won't let you beat ME up. But, I DO have a couple of folks I could volunteer. 😉 OK, so if we want to keep this legal, I must advise you that charges could be brought for such a deed. That's why I have always recommended a nice big punch-out pillow. Then, all you need is someone strong to hold it for you. (Don't laugh. It's great for letting of energy that could turn violent.)

This reminds me of the Drew Carey episode where Oswald was mean to his mother, so he hired Henry Rollins to beat the crap out of him. He even brought his own tarp. After sitting Oswald down and psychoanalyzing his relationship dynamic with his mother, proceeded to pummel him into a pile of mush.
