This appears to be on an English TV show of some sort. I'd guess the girl was pulled out of the audience and had her toes sucked on stage to see what she thought of the experience. Judging from the expression on her face it tickled like hell! :devil:

It appears on your TV more often than it does on mine. 😡 I wish there was more foot fetish stuff on Brit adult TV.
